In this video Kodak speaks about super8 film for the first time in public in many years. And Kodak share their thoughts for the future of their new camera. This is in many ways remarkable and definitely a good sign for everyone who makes films. This first Kodak super8 camera since 1982 has digital sounds and a 3.5″ display (not an optical viewfinder), it holds the super8 cartridge as we know it and will be release in the Fall of this year. The following production (sold in 2017?) camera will have a price tag between $400 and $750.
