Some cartridges that arrive in the lab are completely wrinkled/damaged inside. You can avoid this easily by always turning the takeup roller clockwise. So if you think the film got stuck or jammed, please turn clockwise. Damaged and wrinkled films are more difficult to develop and digitally transferred.
