First of all, I wish everyone a healthy and happy 2026. There are also several changes coming into effect in 2026, which I’ll outline here.
- You can order both films and cassettes through the website, including additional services such as developing and digitising. Payment is made in two stages: first we charge an amount for the unexposed cassettes, including shipping costs and 21 % VAT. When you return the exposed cassettes or films, you can choose development and digitisation and pay for those services.
- You can drop off or pick up films in person in The Hague by appointment only, every Friday between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- The prices for all services and products remain the same as they were in 2025, though they may change as the year progresses.
- All films that are not returned or picked up by customer request will be kept in the lab for only 6 months from the invoice date. All films will be destroyed after these six months.
It is also noticeable that film makers are becoming less clear in their communication; therefore, we ask you to be as complete and clear as possible in 2026.
