Hotel Forum by Arianne Olthaar, Julien Doigny is showing Basja underground shot on super8. Work by Fernando Pessoa and Lichun Tseng with her recent 35mm The captured light of an instant, and Jérome Schlomoff made a film with a pinhole camera. Enjoy Le macaour by Roman Ermolaev and we screen Bernardo Zanotta’s beautifull Quintal. Celluloid avant la lettre in Audition by Esther Urlus or see a cheerful dadaïstic Haar borsten popten als puisten which was made by Carlijn Fransen, who also signed for De eenzame eenheid. A true jewel will be Elegie from Julia Kaiser and we show her melodrama Afscheid van Han.
What have these films in common? Well they are all captured on analogue (8, 16, 35mm) celluloid film. That hasn’t anything to do with nostalgia. This episode of Te gast bij Ruimtevaart, was programmed by Super B and guest programmer Frank Bruinsma with thanks to Anna Abrahams and Nico Bunnik.
