• You can order both films and cassettes through the website, including additional services such as developing and digitising. Payment is made in two stages: first we charge an amount for the unexposed cassettes, including shipping costs and 21 % VAT. When you return the exposed cassettes or films, you can choose development and digitisation and pay for those services.
• You can drop off or pick up films in person in The Hague by appointment only, every Friday between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• The prices for all services and products remain the same as they were in 2025, though they may change as the year progresses.
• All films that are not returned or picked up by customer request will be kept in the lab for only 6 months from the invoice date. All films will be destroyed after these six months.

It is also noticeable that film makers are becoming less clear in their communication; therefore, we ask you to be as complete and clear as possible in 2026.

The summer holidays will start on Saturday September 13th until Sunday October 5th, 2025. Make sure that if you send super8 films for processing and/or digitisation the package arrives before September 10th or after October 6th. There will be nobody here to accept packages.

Film that arrived before September 1st are most likely developed before the vacation. If your films arrive around October 6th-8th 2025 you can expect results somewhere around the middle of November. Please understand that it is not a guarantee, and it does not apply for expired films.

• Prices for developing color negative, color reversal, black and white negative and black and white reversal are now all €30 per super8 cartridge (ex VAT).
• It is possible to buy unexposed cartridges or cartridges including developing.
• Starting now, if you want to buy unexposed cartridges including digitisation you will pay for that service afterwards when the work is done.
• All Kodachrome cartridges (photo, 8mm, 16mm) must be send directly to Film Rescue International in Canada. We have made a detailed explanation you can read here.
